This information is only collected, and will only be used, to provide Clearmake Pty Ltd with statistical information that will not identify you.

E-mail and On-line Forms
We will only record your e-mail address if you send us a message. Your e-mail address and any personal information in your message will only be used for the purpose for which you have provided it. We will not use your e-mail address for any other purpose, and will not disclose it, without your consent.

If you fill out an on-line form with your name and contact details then those details will be recorded and used for the purpose of sending you information about Clearmake Pty Ltd and its products and services. If you wish to stop receiving this information, simply send an e-mail to info@clearmake.com.au requesting your deletion from our database.

On-line Surveys
From time to time we may also ask you to provide information in one of our on-line surveys. Participation in these surveys is optional.

Your participation in our on-line surveys will give us consumer feedback on certain products or services. Clearmake Pty Ltd, or a service provider retained by Clearmake Pty Ltd, may use the survey information provided in a statistical form in our marketing and other publications. For example, following a survey, we may be able to say that "75% of respondents prefer to purchase from Australian-owned companies".

Except as provided above, Clearmake Pty Ltd will only use your personal information for the purpose of improving its product development process and customer service and will not disclose your personal information to any third party unless required by law.
